How many sessions do I need a week ?
2 but - ideally 3 ... gains are made by frequency, intensity and duration. 3 Sessions / week have been shown to deliver the best results – LIVE STRONGER

I am not 50, is this program for me ?
STRONG@50 is designed for any age with the mission of getting strong and staying strong so you have an established strength base.

I am a women and don’t want to get big and bulky
It takes years of very serious training for women to get big and bulky. STRONG@50 differentiates training methods for women, so you build lean muscle mass, get toned, get stronger, and lose weight.

Is strength training for women ?
We all have muscle. Muscle mass / strength is the best longevity hack you can find. We typically lose 8% of lean muscle mass per decade. So keeping muscle mass and strength ensures way better quality of life.

I have never trained before, why is STRONG@50 for me ?
STRONG@50 meets you where YOU are at. I work on making you stronger today than you were yesterday.

Will I lift heavy weights ?
Yep … you get stronger by overloading the muscle. I make sure that we train proper technique, that progression is measured and that way we maximize gains without injury.

Will I build muscle ?
Definitely … will you become the incredible Hulk ? NOPE! 
Strong@50 increases muscle mass thereby improving overall body tone -  that’s why strength training is called the elixir of longevity. – LIVE STRONGER.

Will I lose weight ?
For sure … the better-quality muscle you have, the more efficient your body becomes at burning fat. Rome wasn’t built in a day though. Long term commitment is what gets you there.

As I get older is strength training necessary ?
